Graduate Nurse Waiver Application

You are eligible to bypass the MSDH training requirement if you meet the following criteria:

LPN or RN program graduates who have completed a Mississippi-approved LPN or RN program within the past twenty-four months must provide a copy of their LPN or RN training completion certificate or diploma in order to qualify to take the state competency test.

INSTRUCTIONS: 
  1. Complete and submit this Graduate Nurse Training Requirement Waiver Application.
    • Upload an image of your Completion Certificate or Diploma.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with your Username and Temporary Password to sign in to your TMU© account.
  3. Please refer to the Mississippi Nurse Aide Candidate Handbook for instructions on Completing your Account and other important testing policies and updates.
Once you have completed all the fields in this application, select 'Send Application' to submit it.
